Sarah Foote, School Director
I started my career in Early Childhood Education in 2009 at Bearfoot Lodge Private School. Still in high school I started as a two-year-old teacher assistant before becoming a part of the school age staff. After graduation I took a break from Bearfoot to attend the University of North Texas studying Developmental and family studies. After coming home, I returned to Bearfoot Lodge as the Kinder Prep Lead teacher. I have held many titles at Bearfoot including lifeguard, swim instructor, assistant director, and most recently director (2017). I have received and maintained my director’s credential from Child Care Worldwide Institute.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two wonderful children Amelia (3) and Trigg (2) and my husband Shawn. We love attending the Dallas Stars games, trips to the zoo, and going to Galveston to spend time on the beach with family!
