Kindergarten Readiness Program:

This program is truly designed to do just what the name suggests… prepare your child for Kindergarten. A school-like setting enhanced with a balance of educational and physical activities encourages our Pre-K children “to be the
best they can be.” Our experienced and trained teachers give your child the time and attention required to provide a positive foundation for a lifetime of continued learning. Activities to promote and develop manners, logical thinking, reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making skills foster your child’s confidence for the transition to Kindergarten.

Bearfoot Lodge's Kindergarten Readiness children are learning to make their classroom environment and their world a little more organized. Center play is solidly developed and distinct for each theme. Because the children’s attention shifts quickly, circle time, art time and focused group activities are kept fun and simple.

Pre-Kindergarten children are avid discoverers! They are learning that everything in the world has a name and everything in their classroom has a place! Children are exposed to pre-reading and pre-math skills, foreign language, computers and other learning activities daily.
